My team and I were tasked to redesign Lowe’s Front end Experience. This included doing extensive User Interviews, User Research, Analytical thinking, and Problem Solving which translated into different Design Proposals that Lowe’s could choose from.

I was in-charged of the UX Research phase where I lead the team through Survey Methodology, Card Sorting, A/B Testing, and Usability Testing to adhere to Lowe’s Design Brief.

During this project, I collaborated with people from different majors and communicated with them on what problem space and opportunity area we should be looking for.
